Currently the second-largest institution of higher learning in the Capital Region of New York State, Hudson Valley Community College offers more than 80 degree and certificate programs through its three schools: Business and Liberal Arts; Health Sciences; and Science, Technology, Engineering and Math.

Local Students from Hudson Valley Community College Inducted Into Phi Theta Kappa Academic Honor Society

Local college students studying at Hudson Valley Community College were recently inducted into Phi Theta Kappa, the international academic honor society for two-year institutions of higher learning. Membership in Phi Theta Kappa is indicative of academic excellence. Those inducted are matriculated students who have met standards including a grade point average of 3.71 or higher.
